I was SO impressed with how they prepared the pound cake for the chocolate fountain last night, of course the presentation of all of the dipping items looks fabulous. At another recent event, they prepared thick cut bacon for dipping in the dark Belgian chocolate. I tried it and it was quite good. The wedding guests LOVED it. The bacon disappeared faster than the strawberries! People were coming back asking for the bacon. I would have never imagined it, but it certainly was a hit.
